Greater Shantallow Community Arts We offer & deliver a diverse programme of arts and cultural activities exploring links between community art and community development. We also host The Golden Link Festival,a two week long summer celebration, which offers a wide variety of events focusing on visual arts, music and drama. The Source is an exciting new environmental arts and education project, supporting 100’s of community organisations in the North West of Ireland. Under one roof we offer a complete range of resources to support children’s arts, play and education. We collect non-toxic waste from industry and commerce (fabric, buttons, plastic, card, foam ... etc) and make these materials available FREE to member organisations. We have a non-profit retail shop offering arts and craft materials at heavily discounted prices. Also available is a full colour photocopying service, equipment hire, and a full range of education programmes and workshops. The Source is a cross-community, cross-border, non-profit organization, and our aim is to support the development of children and young people, and their awareness of the environment and recycling, by broadening their access to innovative arts and play.
