To ensure all key members of staff know, not just their own but every member of staffs responsibilities,
To develop and grow senior client relationships,
To develop overall communications programmes for clients,
Manage profitability and financial aspects of accounts in conjunction with office manager,
Hire staff,
Generate and develop new business,
Have full understanding of client business and challenges within the industry.

Services:
- 'Golden Link Festival' - A two week celebration which encourages the maximum participation of as many local people and visitors to Derry in a wide variety of events focusing on visual arts, music and drama.
- 'Pathways to Employment' - an ILM Programme giving young adults the opportunity to gain new skills in the multimedia and television industry while working towards a recognised qualification.
- Youth Intervention Programme - 'bridging the gap' is a programme of life skills for 14-17 year olds through the medium of drama to develop essential skills required towards further education/employment.
- 'Arts in the community' - a series of courses/projects involving all forms of artistic disciplines, bringing visual and performing arts into the community.
- 'Cultural Diversity Programme' - consists of various courses such as, costume design, circus skills, musical tuition, theatre skills and creative drama.
